I sorta have this thing for good food. And by sorta, I really mean that I go crazy when something is tasty and delicious. Marchetti's restaurant in Rhode Island was equal to the best foods that I have ever tasted.
The scallop casino was the ultimate winner dish with the way that the scallops melted in your mouth with a wave of butter and mozzarella. I begged the waiter for the recipe, but he declined to give me even the slightest hint of one. It's probably for the best. I mean in Utah I could never even attempt to duplicate this tasty treat because we just don't get the fresh ingredients like they do daily off of the coast. It's a pity I don't live by the sea!
